Privacy policy
Last updated October 13, 2026. The short version: we only collect what you send us, we use it to reply, and we never sell it.
Who we are
This website is run by Samonte Digital (“we”, “us”), based in California. You can reach us about privacy at [email protected].
What we collect
- What you send us. When you use our contact form or email us, we receive what you choose to share: usually your name, email, and message, and optionally your phone number, business name, type of business, city, and the services you’re interested in.
- Basic technical data. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes standard request data such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested in order to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
We don’t use advertising trackers, and this site doesn’t set cookies for marketing or analytics.
How we use it
- To reply to you and talk about working together, including one automatic email confirming we received your message.
- To provide services if you become a client.
- To keep the site secure and working properly.
Who we share it with
We don’t sell or rent your personal information, and we don’t share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We use a few service providers to run this site and our business, and they only handle your information on our behalf:
- Cloudflare hosts the website and processes form submissions.
- Resend delivers contact form messages to our inbox and sends your confirmation email.
- Twilio sends us a short text-message alert with your name, contact details, and the start of your message, so we can reply quickly.
- Our email provider stores the messages we send and receive.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiries for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and up to two years if we don’t end up working together. Client records are kept for as long as the business relationship and our legal obligations require.
Your rights, including California (CCPA/CPRA) rights
If you’re a California resident, you have the right to:
- Know what personal information we have collected about you and how we use it.
- Ask us to delete it, or to correct anything that’s inaccurate.
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information. (We don’t sell or share it.)
- Not be treated differently for using any of these rights.
We’re happy to honor these requests for anyone, wherever you live. Email [email protected] and we’ll respond within 45 days. We may need to confirm your identity first.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS and we limit who can access inquiries. No method of sending or storing data is perfectly secure, so please don’t send passwords or payment details through the form.
Children
This site is meant for business owners and isn’t directed at children under 16. We don’t knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change this policy, we’ll update the date at the top of this page.
